10th of September is World Suicide Prevention Day, I'll be walking 9km in the Out of The Shadows Walk to help raise money for Lifeline! 


This cause is very close to my family and I, after nearly losing a family member to suicide. We are incredibly lucky, because without resources like Lifeline essential to helping people who suffer from mental health issues. They’re a non-profit organisation whose goal is to give everyone access to life saving support.
