I'm challenging myself to an Ironman Triathlon in May 2023. I've always enjoyed having a goal to train toward and after completing a marathon this year, had a desire to push my mind and body to the next big thing! 
By challenging myself to something I thought would be impossible for me, I can model to those stuck in a mental struggle that you can get through anything if you get the right support and people around you!
